What our clients say about our training:
"Enjoyable and interesting course - very eye-opening as I did not have a real appreciation of dyslexia and its co-related symptoms."
A.L. McCrae Training Ltd.
Research reported by the British Dyslexia Association indicates that in the UK one in ten adults in the general population is dyslexic. However evidence shows that dyslexic people are over represented in some areas of business and under represented in others.
There are likely to be far fewer dyslexic people in corporate management (4%) than in the general population, but far more are found being entrepreneurial and starting businesses; in the UK one in five entrepreneurs is dyslexic and in the USA it is one in three. There are also higher than average numbers of dyslexics among designers, creatives, architects and engineers - with estimates in these professions ranging from 40 - 60%.
Many of this group are not aware of their dyslexia and how it can be both a barrier and strength in their businesses.
Our services allow individuals and business support service providers to fine-tune their ways of working in order to create a ‘frictionless’ environment. This will allow dyslexic individuals to fully understand and capitalise on the strengths of dyslexia and learn strategies for working more effectively with confidence and expertise.
We do this by showing business trainers, mentors, coaches and advisers creative ways to make their communication more dyslexia-friendly, so that their messages can reach and make an impact on this important group.
